Quick link building tips

by admin on December 1, 2008

Just a quick drive by post today with some ideas on some easy authority link building.

I continually use Google to find places that might link to me. Let’s say you want some easy linking from .edu’s or similiar. Not hard - just use Google.

For example, say you want to find references to photo scanning on .edu sites. Just search:
photo scanning site:.edu
That restricts your search to just .edu domains.

Or:
copy photos to dvd site:.edu

And so on.

But let’s take it a bit further. Lets say we’re looking for blogs (easy enough to comment on) on .edu sites. Once again, we just google it:
blog site:.edu

Or directories:
directory site:.edu

The more search variations you try, the more places you are going to find to give you a link.
